Attention training in relation to one’s strengths. Where do we use our skills and where else could we use them?

If thinking alone could solve problems, would we have any?

The head thinks, but who or what in us steers?

Often, it is only when a condition or an undesirable behavior severely affects us physically and mentally and thus our usual and desired quality of life suffers that we notice that something is wrong and that we do not want and/or cannot go on like this.

At this point, looking and feeling for the current overall situation is a helpful module in order to first of all create adequate space, distance and size for all topics and persons that are currently accompanying us in our inner perception. This may not solve the problem. However, when it no longer occupies almost the sole space in our thinking and feeling, but we also again perceive everything that enriches and sustains us in our lives, the problem no longer obstructs our view of our goals.

Figuratively speaking, it behaves as if you were walking along a narrow path and encountered an obstacle, a large stone perhaps or a fallen tree. They will probably look for a way around the obstacle or a way to get over it, or maybe under it. Getting the obstacle completely out of the way or even eliminating it is usually neither possible nor necessary. However, to continue on our own path, to have a clear view forward again, to have the desired goal in focus again, that is possible and that brings us forward.

Engaging with ourselves in this way is an exciting inner journey of exploration that can make us more aware of our potentials and our strengths. When the head and the gut are in balance, the probability that the desired goals will be pursued and achieved is many times higher. If our needs are taken into account at all levels involved, our entire organism supports the decision made and is a reliable partner on the way to the goal. Our goals are the greatest danger of our problems.

I look forward to working with you to strengthen your strengths and use them to develop the solutions and goals that are uniquely, authentically and individually yours.
